Care Instructions
Be nice to your undies! Treat your lingerie with love!
Please take the time to wash the garments –depending on style- either by hand in lukewarm water or in a delicate 30°C machine wash with a gentle detergent. Wash light and dark colours separately and then lay flat to to dry. Avoid bleach, tumble dry, iron and dry-clean and if you want to avoid a bra mess and dull hardware: always use a washing bag for your lingerie!
And please think of your karma and use an environment friendly detergent!
Gift Wrapping
Whether you treat yourself or buy it for a special friend, all orders include gift wrapping as a complimentary service. If you want to add a personal message, please leave a comment in the „special instructions for seller“-box and I will add a beautiful, handwritten card to your order.
Gift Cards
Looking for a gift and don't know the right size or can't decide which piece to buy for your special someone? Let your loved one choose instead and give the gift of choice with a gift card! Simply select the amount (from 10-500 EUR) you require and your gift card with a unique code and instructions on how to redeem it will be delivered to you by email.
Do you want a proper, physical gift card? Please leave a note in the „special instructions for seller“-box and I will send you or the recipient a beautifully giftwrapped gift card.

Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address.
Please safeguard your e-gift card number. The bearer is responsible for its loss or theft.
I cannot return gift cards as well as any unused balance of each voucher for cash.
If your order total is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance can be used as credit against future orders.
If you return products you have purchased using a gift card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account as store credit and will be redeemed against subsequent orders.

Production
Every single piece is designed and manufactured with lots of patience, love and loud music in a tiny studio in Vienna, Austria. This means that every item from Daniela Paradeis is not only vegan and sexy but fair as well and has been produced not only animal-free but also sweatshop-free.All the garments in the shop are made-to-order and can take up to 2 weeks to be made for you - please be a little patient and take care when ordering if you require the garment within a certain time frame.
